1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using WEBSTACKDEVtemplates and source code (the “Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the codebase to build unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may modify the source code freely to suit the needs of your own products.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-license the source files themselves, in whole or in significant part, as a standalone product. Specifically, you may not repackage the Product as a competing boilerplate, starter kit, or template for sale or free distribution.
4. Ownership
WEBSTACKDEV retains all intellectual property rights to the Product. This license grants you the right to use the code, not ownership of the original codebase, its design, or its architecture as a distributable asset.
5. Refunds
Because the Product is delivered digitally and grants immediate access to the source code, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue receiving your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free or meet every specific requirement of your project.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WEBSTACKDEV be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product.
